Mexico awaits!

The sights sounds and smells are always the same, but when heading off on vacation there is a different feeling in the air. Somehow the crying TB infected children are easier to take. The delicious airline coffee almost tastes delicious and above all else I have all the patience in the world!

Matt and I are off to Mexico for a fun filled week of adventure and finding all the places the sand has hidden in our bodies. I will be finishing my dive cert, while Matt re-learns important info about clearing your mask under water, and other useful things like how to save my bacon when I panic!

Our trip plan is classic Heather and Matt…that is no plan at all! I am armed with my freshly learned Spanish grammar, and a Lonely Planet language guide. Matt has ONE change of clothes, and a Visa card. We are set!

This trip is also our last international adventure before the big one. So…we are putting new packs, electronic equipment, and systems to the test. Fortunately, Matt’s underwear doesn’t take up a lot of space in our pack so we were able to only bring 2 bags.

I will attempt to blog on this adventure using iPad, hyperdrive, and Blogsy. Here’s to hoping I can figure out how they all work!

Hasta Luego Amigos! Estoy muy felicia para me vacaciones!

Glad to see you and Matt are on another adventure, and I’m not surprised Matt only packed one set of clothes and a visa card. Lol Mexico eh, I just got back from Costa Rica with the fam jam, and had a splendid time! We stayed near the town of Tamaringo where its known for great surfing and partying and now I know why. 🙂

Enjoy the rest of your vacation and look forward to reading your blog updates.

    Cheers,

    Denver

Congrats on the certification!!! Happy to hear you and Matt had a good time diving! Black diamonds eh? Matt has really picked up his game… from diving in the deep oceans to slashing pow turns on mountains, I’m impressed! 😛

Pam and I are graduating this year and trying to look for jobs in Vancouver. Lately, I have being having more luck than her, because it’s easy looking for a sales job, than a gov’t job. If you know of anyone hiring let us know 🙂 Also, I’m flying into Kelowna this week for a business competition, then heading to Vancouver for interviews, wish me luck.

Say hi to Matt and tell him he should get a facebook account if he’s trying to be all hip and such. Lol

      Cheers,

      Denver

Hey – I thought you guys were coming to Rossland for some skiing and beer and talk about traveling the world? Hope you are still able to fit that in prior to the BIG one. In the meantime, enjoy the sun and all that comes with it.

    Cheers!
